This is a really interesting Salvia not only because it produces multiple flower spikes with pink and white bicolor flowers but it flowers in April. It is very hardy and the flower spikes start to grow outside in February - quite different from all the other salvias we grow.

Grows to around 1 meter tall, free flowering and hardy.

Sharp drainage is essential and can be achieved by either growing them in pots or incorporating grit into the soil when planting.
