A very striking plant from Turkey which is quite different from the other salvia's in our collection. Grows to around 1 meter tall, free flowering and hardy.

- Salvias will grow best in full sun and although drought tolerant they appreciate being watered regularly. Sharp drainage is essential and can be achieved by either growing them in pots or incorporating grit into the soil when planting. Regular applications of a balanced feed is benificial during the growing season.
