Purchase
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
Prices
The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may occur.
Delivery
All plants, rhizomes and bulbs are shipped via Royal Mail. Plants are sent first class, bulbs and Rhizomes are sent second class, orders from countries outside the UK are sent via Royal Mail International Standard Worldwide. We only send plants within Europe unless we are prohibited to do so. Delivery is calculated on the weight and volume of products. All products are shipped within three working days unless otherwise stated or we feel there is a danger of products being in the post for too long for example over weekends and bank holidays.
Return and refund policy
For any undamaged product, we ask that you communicate your intentions and return the product within 14 days of the date you receive the product. You are responsible for postage costs. We will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
Any products which are either damaged in transit or if any unforeseen problems arise, please email us photos and we will replace the product. If we are unable replace the product within a reasonable time we will give you a full refund.
Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos
The Service and all materials used to create this website including; images, text, graphics, logos, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related to them are the exclusive property of Panache Plants. By using this website you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works.
Right to change and modify Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We are committed to protect and respect your privacy. We may collect and process the following data about you: Information about yourself including your name, title, billing and delivery addresses, e-mail address and telephone numbers. We will only use your personal data to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you. We will never share your personal data with a third party unless it is necessary to complete the transaction.
Our store is hosted by Wix.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services Wix.com store your data at secure data storage facilities.
All financial transactions are completed though PayPal and are covered by the PayPal Data Privacy Statement.
You will only receive marketing communications from us if you subscribe to our newsletter and confirm your consent by accepting our terms and conditions. If you do not want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please notify us and we will immediately remove you from our mailing list.
